MAKE YOURS AN ACTIVE LIFE

In the Spring of 2019, pre-made Training Plans will be available for a variety of race distances – for athletes who prefer to refine their training and would like to get started immediately!

Have a specific race in mind such as a half marathon or a marathon? Eager to beat last year’s PR? New to running and open to training without ongoing access to a coach? Wish you had an effective training plan? If you feel like you need help refining your training and are confident managing and executing a training plan on your own, a GB Running training plan may be for you! With this service, you will choose a plan composed of a daily training plan to direct you towards your goal race.

Please keep in mind that you must be confident executing a training plan on your own (with no ongoing coaching guidance). If you feel like you may require a more customized “hands-on” approach, consider Private Coaching.
